[Dx4win] No spots in DX Spots (sorted by arrival) window

It's possible your DX4WIN configuration file got corrupted.  Exit
DX4WIN, go to the SAVE directory, then move DX4WIN.CFG somewhere else.
 Re-start DX4WIN and see if the spots show up.
