[Dx4win] paper log entry and conversion .XLS to .ADIF format

Basic Log as found on the ARRL web site is actually a spreadsheet but is set up to capture QSO data.  Works well if you need to do that kind of thing.  Gives you an ADIF file if you want.

Actually works pretty well if you have to enter paper logs
