If you are trying to configure a splitter function, you could try
connecting HDSDR/OmniRig to Router's 2nd CAT port.  HDSDR/OmniRig
will be limited to the rig connected to MK II but I assume HDSDR
is limited to following one rig anyway.  There is certainly no way
that OmniRig can connect to two rigs via MK II.  If allowing HDSDR
to use Router's 2nd CAT port does not work, DX4Win will probably need
to provide an OmniRig option - one in which OmniRig serves both HDSDR
and the logger.

Note, if you use Router's 2nd CAT port, it will be necessary to set any
polling from HDSDR/OmniRig to the very minimum (slowest possible) to
prevent overloading the control channel between Router and the MK II.
