[Dx4win] Master callsigns list from ClubLog

Hi Folks,

I have been providing a master calls database based on the Super Check
Partial database for contesters:

    http://www.supercheckpartial.com

I just discovered that ClubLog also provides a master call database,
updated weekly:

I will release a new master calls file based on the ClubLog database
this weekend.  I will no longer use the one with contest calls in it.
If this is a problem for anyone, let me know.
