I like the way HRD handles new modes.  It has a user editable file that can be updated as needed and can be mapped to a current mode if required for uploading to eQSL or LoTW.

DX4WIN is still lagging way behind on keeping up with the newer digital 
modes and the signal reports used. Very poor when it comes to logging 
JT65-HF and the signal reports sent/received and it does not know about JT9 
yet for example. :-(
