[Dx4win] military crossband calls ...ie : WAR & LOTW

There is no point to uploading military calls to LOTW as
they are not LOTW members.
Just nice to have them in your DX4WIN logbook....

just  exported &  tried to  upload 181 files ,

tqsl bumped out the military crossband calls as not amateur calls.

they were missing from the otherwise successful upload.

how do i get that stuff up into LOTW from dx4win???
