[Dx4win] PSK with FT3000

[W9RPM]

I have my SignaLink hooked up and I am receiving signal, and the rig 
goes into Transmit, but no power out. It was working before, but must 
have done something to upset things. Using DX4WIN PSK Application. I 
have the correct sound card entered in Preferences. Any ideas? Thanks, John
