[Dx4win] Starting WAS Over

Hello all,
Since I moved, I have to start Worked All States over, due to the 50 mile rule. So, I went in the awards preferences and changed the start date for all WAS awards to the date I moved. However, when I pull up a summary, I get infromation from the start of my log.
Why does it not calculate from the new start date?
