[Dx4win] LOTW Delays (DXCC Delay)

Thanks for the info. I guess I'll wait to make a submission for
a few weeks in case some additional QSL's show up.
 
I see the LoTW Computer is all up-to-date now since their
upgrade last week. Today, I sent in my Log from this weekend's
NAQP at 1930Z and by 2005Z the QSOs & QSLs had shown
up and credited. That's now 1/2 hour versus 11 DAYS last
Monday!!!  BRAVO to the ARRL for getting things fixed so
well!!

Anyone submitting a 2013 submission to ARRL should be prepared for a wait.

This from ARRL today:

"Your Logbook application, unfortunately, will not be processed for at
least another four weeks.  We are processing all in-house
2012 applications and will not start 2013 applications until last year's
applications are completed.

Thank you."
