[Dx4win] Spots versus Confirmed

Guess the first question is: Are they marked confirmed in DX4WIN for LoTW
(versus just in LoTW)?  Dan KI6X

I have countries confirmed via LoTW, yet they are still showing up in the
Spot window as needed.
Specifically on 30m CW.
Why are these still showing up in the spot window as needed when they are
confirmed?
