[Dx4win] Yaesu FT-450D

DX4WIN radio preferences has a check for "RTS High" and the FT-450D has "CAT
RTS" set to "Enable"
Still no communication for some reason - frustrating...

Try checking RTS (RTS High). If CAT RTS in the rig is "Enable",
it expects RTS High in order to send data from the rig to the
computer. Otherwise set CAT RTS TO *disable* in the rig.
