[Dx4win] DX4WIN and IOTA

Sorry, I was occupied with the wpx rtty. Only IOTA name (not the IOTA
number) must be printed (not written) on the QSL card.
So if we have a qsl card which is not valid for IOTA but valid for DXCC
for example, then we must mark it as invalid for IOTA award and leave as
are the other boxes (expand QSO window pressing F5 to see the status for
every award. Then the DX4win will not submit that card. With this
chance, I remind that if we want to make a QSO invalid for all awards we
will write a 0 (zero) in rstR box (instead of 599 for example).
