[Dx4win] using Radio Amateur Callbook

I need your help. In an article you published regarding using qrz data to
import into the name address information it your article said it was
possible using the Radio Amateur Callbook also known as the The Flying
horse. I ordered the disk and am unsure of how this needs to be setup for
the system to recognize the information and import the data into the
correct fields.
