[Dx4win] Com Port Issue

If I have understand well, you have a kenwood 590 connected via the usb
cable. This connection creates a virtual com (there is not a real com
port). The virtual com port is either com 3 and either com 7. As I know
this only happens if you plug the usb cable in a different usb port.
Please check if you plug it in the same usb port every time or in a
different one. Normally if you plug it in the same port you will always
get the same com port number.
