[Dx4win] Z6, Kosovo in DX4WIN country file

Hi Folks,
Kosovo is not a DXCC entity, but it does count towards CQ awards like
the CQ DX Marathon.
Currently my software treats the Z6 prefix as Serbia (YU). There is
no way to specify a prefix mapping in the country database to no
country. And any prefix mapping in my software has to be to *some*
DXCC entity.
I would like to remove the Z6 prefix from the country file. So when
logging Z6 stations, DX4WIN will leave the Prefix field empty, i.e. no
DXCC entity. This improves logging, award management and spotting of
these stations. If you want to see needed spots for Z6 stations, you
can add "Z6*" to the Callsign Alert field in the Packet1 tab of your
Preferences (which I have done, still not having worked one of these
stations).
Unless anyone has strong objections, I will make this change in the
next release of the DX4WIN country file, coming up either 1/2
September 2013.

p.s. I do not condone creating a Kosovo entity in the country file.
However, if you decide to do this, you do so at your own risk. In the
past, people who have tried this ended up corrupting either their log
and/or country file.
