[Dx4win] DX4win V5.03 problem

I recently had to reinstall V5.03 due a system crash. Everything runs OK
except for the database country file. It will not hilite with or without the
program being open or closed. I have tried several things including deleting
and reinstalling, deleting the cty and cfg files with no joy. I am using V
5.3, Windows 7 sp1 and IE 10. Tnx in advance  for any help. 73 de N4TJ
