[Dx4win] Help Wanted marked QSL`s not printing on first go

Gentlemen,

As mentioned before, I cannot reproduce this problem.

Can you use the sample.dxl file and describe step by step
what you do to print one or two QSOs? I will try to follow along
with those steps and see if something can be done about it.
