[Dx4win] DX4WIN Data Updater v. 6.04 (re-release notice)

I've made v. 6.04 of the DX4WIN Data Updater the current "official"
release.  You can get it here:

    http://dx4win.ad1c.us/updater/

For those of you who have already updated, you do not need to download
or install this version.  For those of you who have not, you should
update, but read all the release notes for versions 6.01, 6.02 and
6.04 - you can find links in the Version History:

I have not had time to update the instructions, so please read the
release notes.

I hope to finish the "Restore" functionality sometime in the next few weeks.
