I maintain the QSL managers.  Most of them are vetted against at least
three sources.  If you find errors, please let me know.  You have an
old QSL manager database and/or country file, P29NO was fixed in the
most recent release, which has been out for a month.

As to long manager addresses, there's not much I can do, because
DX4WIN limits you to four lines of address:

  - name
  - street
  - city, state,province
  - country

It would be good if DX4WIN could choose a smaller label font
automatically based on the length of the address.
