[Dx4win] Z6 Operations and DXCC - WFWL

Like P5RS7, confirmed on 2 bands. My first P5 QSO/QSL. Work first, cry later
when it turned out to be a Pirate.
Luckily P5/4L4FN was later confirmed.

The usual Rule of Thumb is: Work First, Worry Later (WFWL)

Over the many years I've been DX'ing, Countries/Entities have come and gone
and sometimes they count and sometimes they don't. So, I say to just work
whatever you can and some day it might count, or not.
The fun comes from working something. One thing for sure is that if you
don't work it, you'll never get credit for it.

No, Z60K counts as *nothing* for DXCC.  From the announcement:

>> will not count for any entity for DXCC awards purposes

Z6 counts as Kosovo for CQ DX and CQ Marathon.
