No, DX4WIN can only load a single .DXL file into memory at a time.
Just merge them.  I have 110K QSOs in DX4WIN and it's just as fast as
ever.

I'm confused.  If the log came from AC Log, it better be an ADIF file.
 Then you use File | Import/Export then File | Import to import the
ADIF file.  If you can't figure out how to get an ADIF file out of AC
Log, ask the N3FJP users reflector.  I don't believe DX4WIN has native
import for N3FJP log files (non-ADIF).

If you want to go the other way, export ADIF from DX4WIN, then import
ADIF into AC Log
