[Dx4win] Building Export File for LOTW

So can’t I go back now and manually set upload date for all qso’s in the log with “Set LOTW Upload Date” ?

Jim - you are right.  I missed the "entire log" part.  Thanks for catching that.  Sorry to everyone else on the reflector for the extra bandwidth.

  he has all the rest of his QSOs with neither an upload date or the
  upload flag set.  Hence my reply.
