[Dx4win] Export File for LOTW

A note from LOTW:

Aug 19, 2012: Logbook of The World Processing is Current --  Log submission 
guidance:  Please refrain from uploading files more than  once as this only adds 
to the processing time.  If your TQ8 file has  been queued for processing it 
will be processed.
When creating TQ8  files please include new QSOs only.  Uploading previously 
uploaded QSOs  or uploading your entire log again only adds to the processing 
time.

DX4WIN keeps track of this and only creates an ADIF
file of new QSO's that haven't been uploaded to LOTW.
(as long as you say 'yes' to setting the upload flag)

Subject: [Dx4win] Building Export File for LOTW

I have used the F8 command to find a subset of QSO’s in my log. After I execute 
the search I have a subset of the log with 296 qso’s in it. I want to export all 
of these to LOTW so I went in to the dx4win LOTW menu and set the upload flag 
and it said 296 qso’s selected. Now when I do the LOTW export it says 157 qso’s 
exported. How come I did not get all of them...what am I doing wrong?
