[Dx4win] Building Export File for LOTW

I have used the F8 command to find a subset of QSO’s in my log. After I execute the search I have a subset of the log with 296 qso’s in it. I want to export all of these to LOTW so I went in to the dx4win LOTW menu and set the upload flag and it said 296 qso’s selected. Now when I do the LOTW export it says 157 qso’s exported. How come I did not get all of them...what am I doing wrong?
