Since they are not logged as "DATA" in DX4WIN, there is no match.
Change all the QSOs so that the mode is "JT65". Then export them all
and upload to LoTW again. The next time you download, you should get
the matching confirmations. LoTW knows that JT65 QSOs count as DATA.
MORAL of the story: don't change a real digital mode to DATA. Don't
change SSB to PHONE. You'll run into problems just like this.
