[Dx4win] Packet window and World Map

I have installed DX4WIN, Ver 8 on my Dell Laptop.  Everything is working except the Packet Window and the World Map Window. 

For some reason I cannot open the Packet Window or the World Map Window.  I have it loaded on my Desktop Computer and it works fine.

Can anyone give me any suggestions as to why I cannot open these two windows on my Laptop?
