Run CC User locally.  That will keep alive connection to DX Cluster. 
Connect DX4WIN to VE7CC.  This is a high level summary, you will need to do 
some research.

I use telnet for connection to packet. How do you keep connected?? My
telnet works great, but disconnects and I have to continuously re-connect.
Any solutions to this?? Thanks.
