The DX4WIN country file, DX4WIN.CTY Release #111 is now available from:

You can (and should) use the DX4WIN Data Updater to update the file:

This was another release that took many more hours of work than I 
anticipated.  I added some new checks into the programs, which resulted 
in tweaks to many callsign exception start dates.  If you find any 
problems, let me know ASAP.
