[Dx4win] qso window update

DX4WIN is always up and running and connected to the local packet cluster. When I turn on the K3 the qso window showing the Date, Time, Mode, and Band does not update but shows the last qso that is in the log. Clicking on Radio/Start Radio does not change the qso window info nor do current packet spots appear. To bring up the current date and time I have to click on a current spot. Don't remember ever doing this. Is this normal?
