[Dx4win] export a submission to ADIF?

Brad,

I am glad you made it through the ADIF creation process given how much is 
involved.  It would sure be a snap if Paul would create the functionality to 
allow the user to right click on the Submission Report and create the ADIF 
file for direct import into the ARRL DXCC submission page.  It would sure be 
a great enhancement to roll out at Dayton!
