What it doesn't say is that *before* doing the submission (assuming
you're using some form of Version 8), File | Awards and in the
Confirmation box on the DXCC tab, uncheck "LoTW". This ensures that
only paper QSLs are submitted.
The application server allows you to upload multiple ADIF files for a
single DXCC submission.
