[Dx4win] FT-950 with DX4WIN

Hi Bill,

I have uploaded my modified FT-950 rig file and placed it on one of my 
web pages in case others want it. This is the first time that I have 
used Google pages for downloading so I am not sure that it will work.

Then let me know if you get the file OK.
