I prefer an automated solution on this and i hope Paul will have it in next version.
But until then with help of Jim's utility you can check only LotW confirmations to count for DXCC and make a submission. After that check only cards (file>awards) and make another submission. It should be work (at least with 805 version)... or not?

I started to give the same reply, but that program does not do what George is asking for.
What George wants is to make a DXCC submission that includes "card-in-hand" QSLs only. He would like a report from DX4WIN that includes just those cards, not including confirmations that might be covered by LoTW confirmations.
