I updated the utility to compare your DX4WIN DXCC credits with ARRL
Logbook of the World:  You can download version 6.1 from:

   http://dx4win.ad1c.us/lotw/

This version is compatible with DX4WIN.CTY dated 11 March 2012 and later.

Here are the release notes:

Ver. 6.1 - 26 March 2012
    If the DX4WIN report did not have deleted entities, Mixed mismatches
    may not get checked/reported
