[Dx4win] File cleanup

I cleaned up some old files on the web site today.

  - only latest version of DX4WIN.CTY (in ZIP format) is there
  - only latest version of DX4WIN.AWD (in ZIP format) is there
  - only latest version of DX4WIN Data Updater (in ZIP format) is there

I've removed all the download links from the revision histories,
except for the current version.

If you need an old version at some point, let me know.  I should have
them all here.
