OK, this looks like a program bug.  I never assumed anyone was
tracking only MIXED DXCC.  The program is trying to determine whether
the report is using BAND or FREQUENCY in the "band" columns.  Since
you don't have any bands defined, this check fails.

Try enabling at least one band in your DXCC award preferences and see
if the problem goes way.

I'll have to allocate some time to fix this.
