[Dx4win] Update on Updater

The joys of maintaining software.
Nothing seems to change does it? This was a typical problem in the 60's,
70's, 80's, etc. Back in the dark ages prior to 1990, people used to
change whole operating systems when they released a new computer. Now the
computer stays the same and they just change the operating system.
Actually, things are better on a percentage basis, but we all are doing
more things so we are behind in terms of absolute numbers of challenges.
