[Dx4win] Update on Updater

I am having the problem running under Vista. I do have the update problem every time I run the program. Even running the program back to back to back. So not sure if the hour timeframe you mention would do anything different. 

I'm away from home now (I'm a pilot for the airlines) and don't carry that computer with me on the road. Looking forward on what you find out. I can run it when I get back home this weekend to see how it works again.
