I updated the utility to compare your DX4WIN DXCC credits with ARRL
Logbook of the World:  You can download version 5.0 from:

   http://dx4win.ad1c.us/lotw/

This version is compatible with DX4WIN.CTY dated 11 March 2012 and later.
