[Dx4win] Dx4Win Updater

I just installed Jim's updater program and it keeps asking me to update the program itself when I run it again. I recall there being some issue with daylight savings time effecting this last fall and Jim did a correction to the program.

It seems to be working ok other than asking to update the program every time I try and run it. I did have version 4.4 on the computer though I was having problems running it due to computer problems back last fall so never used it. Those are know fixed and I did do the update to 4.6 and it all seems to be working just fine other than that one issue.

Is anyone else having this issue again or do I have something set wrong?
