[Dx4win] Packet Preferences

Apparently I have not set the packet preferences correctly but cannot determine 
where I have failed.  The only spots I would like to receive are HF CW, 80-10, 
excluding 60 Meters.  I receive spots on all bands 160 through 2 meters, AM, FM, 
SSB, PSK, etc.

Today I worked a new band country that was announced as not confirmed in red 
letters and the next time that same spot was received the text of the spot had 
turned to black, "no interest."  The QSO window shows it as not confirmed, 
however.

I am running V8.05.
