[Dx4win] Ctrl + F2 function with MICROSOFT Digital Media Keyboard 3000 v1.0

I don't have that keyboard so I don't know why it doesn't work, but you 
should still be able to just go to the menus and select QSO->Confirm SWL 
even if for some reason the keyboard shortcut doesn't work.
