[Dx4win] LOTW - Contact not found, JT65A

I must be doing something wrong, never had this happen before.

DX4WIN 8.03

I make and enter a contact with JT65A as mode.  I upload to LoTW.  I get the
confirmation from LoTW on the screen.  I download an updated confirmations
file.  The QSO gives me an error "Contact not found"
