[Dx4win] Country Window

That was simple, I guess it was hidden behind something but I had thought I 
had moved each window to see if that was the case. As soon as I tried what 
you suggested it appeared! Thank you Kostas.

probably the missed window is under another one.
Try to check and uncheck the "Leave all windows in original position" in
file>preferences>Screen tab
