[Dx4win] Importing LOTW Download File - v8.04

You do this from the LoTW menu, not the Iimport menu.  What you are
referring to is the old DX4WIN 7 documentation.  However it does say,

"DX4WIN 8: From the LoTW menu, select "Import from LoTW" (before 8.05,
it's called "Import for LoTW")"

Sorry it's buried in the middle of the "Downloading the confirmations
from ARRL" section, I just have not re-written this in 2 years.
