[Dx4win] DX4WIN and Windows 7

It may be best for me to upgrade... FYI, I've attempted to run as admin and still the same error.

Right-click on the DX4WIN program icon and choose "Run as
Administrator".  This should allow the program to copy the driver
file.

Remember, version 6.0x came out many years before Vista and Windows 7.
If you need LPT keying, you're best off upgrading to DX4WIN 8.
