[Dx4win] DXCC field

There is no "DXCC" field.  There is a "Country" field and a "Prefix"
field.  My log.csv file looks correct:

FR0RX/J,09/14/1980,15:10,10m,SSB,FR/J,Juan de Nova; Europa

The last two fields are "Prefix" and "DXCC" respectively.
