[Dx4win] ADIF to DX4WIN log conversion version 5.12 released

5.12 working FB here.
Converted NAQP SSB and
 imported to DX4WIN Ver.8...
Be sure on in your import you
specify Ver 8

Version 5.12 seems to have a problem. I just converted my ADIF file from 
the ARRL VHF QSO Party and the conversion produced gibberish. I reverted 
to the previous version and the conversion worked fine.
