[Dx4win] QSO not showing as confirmed

Hello and Happy New Year to all
S means Submitted (this qso is confirmed and you have submitted it to DXCC 
desk). If ARRL has checked it you should change it to Checked=* in DXCC 
report)
The flags are (i don't remember if some of them missed in 7 version but the 
letters are like this)
W =  worked
L = Labeled (you 've marked a Y for a qsl)
M = Mailed (the date field beside the label flag has a date inside - you've 
sent a card)
C = Confirmed
S = submitted
*  = Checked by ARRL
