[Dx4win] eQSL Confirmations

You are not following instructions. You must download your *Inbox* for
confirmations. There is a link... "download your entire inbox"... that
will work. DX4Win will assume that any matching QSO it finds in the
downloaded ADIF file is a Confirmation. Sine you are downloading your
own cards which you have uploaded, every contact will be verified.
